Manzke Restaurant is a new tasting menu concept by its namesakes—Chefs Walter and Margarita Manzke—which draws inspiration from cultural intersections both local to Los Angeles and abroad. The heterogeneity of Southern California is given life through influences from Latin America, Asia, and Europe, with product-driven, hyper-seasonal ingredients sourced from the finest purveyors available. Manzke Restaurant builds on the chefs’ deep culinary roots; a culmination of decades of experience coming to fruition in their most ambitious and refined restaurant yet.

Manzke is located directly above their acclaimed bistro, Bicyclette, at 9575 W Pico Boulevard. The tasting menu is $260/person, with our classic wine pairing for $165/person, and our reserve wine pairing for $295/person. We are closed Sundays & Mondays.

A $100 per person booking fee will be taken at the time of reservation and refunded to the cardholder account upon arrival.

We ask that you please respect your reservation arrival time at our restaurant so we can give you the best possible experience.


At the time of booking you are required to indicate all allergies and/or dietary restrictions in your pre-reservation questionnaire.

While we do our best to accommodate certain dietary restrictions, in order to keep the integrity of our menu intact we are unable to accommodate vegan diets, produce gluten-free bread, omit dairy, or tailor the menu to diet-specific programs or food aversions.

All of our stocks and sauces contain alliums (onions, garlic, shallots, etc.) that have been cooked and strained, and as such we are unable to omit them in these instances. Raw alliums can be omitted if need be.


Cancellations may be made via Tock or by emailing us or calling us directly.

If your cancellation is not received within 72 hours of your reservation, we will be obliged to retain the booking fee of $100 per person.

Prior to this 72 hour window you may transfer your reservation to another date without penalty.
